We assist clients in determining the most appropriate development for a particular site. We do this by taking into account a variety of factors from soil sampling and zoning to preferred lifestyle outcomes.
Working closely with architects and master planners we identify unique and innovative concepts for development. These are market driven, based on cutting edge design along with sound planning principals and techniques. Recommendations are made on the various components (e.g. Residential, Tourism & Hospitality, Commercial, etc) relating to their design, size, mix, budget, layout and positioning. We meet with stakeholders during the project and site assessment phase to ascertain the feasibility of the development. Thereafter a thorough analysis of the proposed site or sites is conducted.

Part 2: Concept Development
This phase involves in-depth research and analysis of both the competitive supply and the market demand for the proposed development. It’s also when we develop demand-driven recommendations on the concept, configuration and facilities.
